1. STANDARD RETURNS

We accept returns for up to 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, the energy pouches must be completely unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Due to strict health and hygiene standards, any pouch cans with broken safety seals or visible signs of tampering are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence so our team can expedite a replacement or refund.

4. THE RETURN PROCESS

Contact our support team to request a return authorization. Approved returns must be shipped to our Ontario hub:

5. REFUND EXECUTION

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, approved refunds will be processed directly to your original PayPal account within 3-5 business days.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a ZestPulse processing error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
